Personal Training.

No matter what your goals are, this is where it all starts. Our personal training intro package includes a consultation with one of our trainers, a personalized fitness program, a run-through to get you comfortable with it, and two follow-up sessions to get you on the right track. After that, you can chose a package of either 10 or 20 sessions at a time.  Options for a full fitness assessment, basic nutrition coaching, or less frequent drop-in sessions can be discussed with your trainer at any time.

Semi-Private Training.

Working out with a friend is a great way to remain accountable and to keep you moving towards your fitness goals. Our semi-private training option provides the same personalized approach to fitness coaching, but at a reduced rate per client. 

Group Fitness.

Groups of 3 or more can take advantage of our fun and effective group workouts. At this time we are able to offer group kickboxing, bootcamp, and core classes, with prices varying based on the number of participants. Naturally, a larger space is required for these sessions, and we love doing these outdoors if weather permits!

Corporate.

Fit employees are happy employees! Depending on the needs and preferences of your staff, we can offer our group classes, semi-private training, or one-on-one sessions. While lunchtime fitness programs are more popular, we can work with your schedule to help keep your staff happy, healthy, and productive.
